Comparision of the musical component of the Good Method in the Czech and Polish versions

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a comparison of the musical component in the Polish and Czech versions of the Good Start Method. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the detailed characteristics of the method, history and spread of the Good Start Method in Poland and the Czech Republic. It follows the common features and differences of both versions of the method. It deals with the role of music and musical activities in the Good Start Method and in the educational process. It takes into account the peculiarities of psychomotor and musical development of preschool children. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis is devoted to the comparison of the musical component in the Polish and Czech versions of the method, with special attention to the problem of matching the rhythmic components with the movement of the child's hand when drawing a graphic pattern. The thesis uses for this purpose a detailed analysis of the musical factors of the songs presented in the Polish version of the Good Start Method. In comparison, it uses Milena Kmentová's conclusions from her research on the musical component of the Czech version of the method. The rythmic feeling of preschool children and the music component of the Good start method

This diploma thesis deals with the development of the rhythmic feeling of children aged 5-7 years in connection with the music element of The Good Start Method. The aim of the diploma thesis is to present the issue of connecting psychology and music for the use in pedagogy, with emphasis on The Good Start Method. Using my own research, i evaluate its theoretical basis, practical use and point out its problematic parts and try to find a possible improvement of this method. The theoretical part deals with the description of the use of the rhythmic element of music in accordance with the development of children's motor skills and the related development of their rhythmic feelings. It also focuses on a specific methodological approach to the development of musical abilities and related motor and graphomotor skills. The work is explicitly focused on the Czech version of The Good Start Method. This section focuses on the description and objectives of this method and it also presents its pitfalls, which are further mentioned and discussed in the empirical part of the work. Music Activities and Development of Graphomotory

The topic of the diploma thesis is the use of musical activities in the development of graphomotoric skills of preschool children. The theoretical section is focused on harmonising of music and movement on the level of gross and fine motoric skills. This diploma thesis analyses the musical aspect of the Czech version of the Good Start Method. The practical section presents new lessons developing graphomotoric skills with a central focus on musical and instrumental activities. The thesis provides a report on the aims, methods and progress of the field research in the preparatory classes of primary school. Part of the process is basic research into the received tempo of two songs from the Good Start Method.
